XVIII International Conference on Modern Technologies at USUST

On December 12–13, 2024, the XVIII International Scientific and Practical Conference “Modern Information and Communication Technologies in Transport, Industry, and Education” was held at the SEI “Dnipro Institute of Infrastructure and Transport” of Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies. The event took place at the Faculty of Computer Technologies and Systems with the support of the Web Management Center.

The conference was dedicated to the memory of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the “Computer Information Technologies” Department, Vladyslav Skalozub.

The event brought together representatives from industry and transport, researchers, educators, postgraduates, and students. Over 160 abstracts were submitted by participants, including representatives from Germany, Turkmenistan, the Netherlands, Indonesia, and other countries.

The plenary session sparked lively discussions, exchange of contacts, and the establishment of new collaborations among researchers. The topics of the presentations and published abstracts covered relevant areas of research, including:

Automated control systems for industrial and transport technological processes;
Intelligent information and telecommunication technologies for industrial and transport systems;
Information technologies and digitalization in education;
Information and cybernetic security.
