Issuing an Energy Efficiency Certificate for a Buildingі
According to Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Energy Efficiency," energy efficiency certification is mandatory for: construction objects (new construction, reconstruction, major repairs) that belong to objects with medium (CC2) and significant (CC3) consequences based on their class of consequences (responsibility); buildings undergoing thermal modernization, for which state support is provided.During the issuance of an energy efficiency certificate, thermal imaging inspections are carried out by qualified specialists using state-of-the-art equipment.

Monitoring of building and structural components includes observation of settlements during construction activities, long-term monitoring of settlements during the initial years of building operation, assessment of material strength using non-destructive testing methods, and quality control of piles and structural elements during construction, as well as in cases of increased loads or extended service life. The Research Institute of Galvanochemistry was established to organizationally support the development of electrochemical science, create and implement competitive electroplating technologies, and provide corrosion protection. A measurement laboratory for quality control of technological environments and wastewater from galvanic and metalworking industries operates within the Research Institute of Galvanochemistry. Fundamental research in the field of electrochemistry is conducted at the Research Institute of Galvanochemistry, forming the scientific basis for the latest advanced high-performance technologies for applying various galvanic coatings with metals, alloys, and nanocomposites. These technologies can be used in enterprises of the aerospace, mechanical engineering, and chemical industries, as well as in the defense-industrial complex of Ukraine and other countries.

The Research Laboratory of Chemical Power Sources (RL CPS) conducts research, development, and optimization of chemical power sources (CPS) of various electrochemical systems, including those based on domestic raw materials, using non-destructive testing methods for input materials and final products. It synthesizes high-efficiency electrode materials and electrolytes, develops new technologies and design systems for next-generation CPS, whose specific characteristics surpass traditional ones several times over.

The Testing Laboratory of Petroleum Products (TLPP) (accredited by the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine) performs conformity assessments and determines quality in accordance with the requirements of DSTU ISO/IEC 17025:2006 (ISO/IEC 17025:2006) in the field of testing gasoline, alternative gasoline, diesel biofuel, furnace fuel, fuel oil, oils, solvents, coolants, and used petroleum products upon request from suppliers and consumers of petroleum products.
