LIST OF DOCUMENTS

Applicants seeking admission to the educational-scientific level of Doctor of Philosophy must submit the following documents to the University’s Department of Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies:

  • results of the Unified Entrance Examination (EVI) from 2023 or 2024;
  • application for admission to competitive entrance exams, specifying the specialty (code, name), Educational and Scientific Program preparation, and type of preparation (full-time (day/evening) or part-time) (blank form);
  • copy of an identity document and citizenship (copy of passport pages 1 and 2 and registration of residence);
  • copy of the Tax Identification Number/Code (TIN);
  • personal record sheet (Form № P-2DS, blank form);
  • copy of master’s (specialist’s) diploma specifying the obtained specialty (qualification);
  • copy of the supplement to the master’s (specialist’s) diploma;
  • list (blank form) and copies of published scientific works (conference abstracts, articles, patents, monographs) in the specialty intended for postgraduate study (if available);
  • presentation of research proposals or a thesis on the chosen scientific specialty, evaluated and signed by the academic supervisor;
  • consent for the processing of personal data (blank form);
  • three photographs, size 3×4 cm;
  • copy of a military registration document (for conscripts: military card or temporary registration certificate; for draftees: conscription certificate), per Clause 34 of the Procedure for Organizing and Maintaining Military Records for Conscripts, as approved by the Resolution of the CMU of 30.12.2022 №1487;
  • folder and 30 plastic document sleeves;
  • recommendation from the Academic Council of the University (faculty) (if available).

All copies must be certified against the originals by a representative of the University’s Department of Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies in accordance with established procedures.

Copies of documents without the originals will not be accepted.
