USUST student Alona Chass wins silver at the Ukrainian Athletics Championship

On January 31 – February 1, 2026, in Kyiv, at the Pavlo Tychyna Manege, the Ukrainian Team Indoor Athletics Championship for youth and adults took place. The athletes from Dnipro performed successfully and made a significant contribution to the overall result of the Dnipropetrovsk region’s team.

 

The student of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies, Alona Chass, won the silver medal in the triple jump with a result of 13.49 m. Her performance was one of the key contributions to the regional team, which finished fifth overall at the championship, scoring 238 points.
