On 5 June 2026, the final strategic session of the Technology and Innovation Support Centre (TISC) network was held, concluding the results of a series of regional strategic meetings organised with the support of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine in cooperation with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

The event brought together representatives of the Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations (UANIPIO), the TISC Head Office, and regional centres from different parts of Ukraine. The representatives of the TISC Centre of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies also took part in the session.

During the strategic session, the participants discussed the results of the work carried out by regional Technology and Innovation Support Centres, identified prospects for the further development of the network, and outlined key areas for future cooperation. Particular attention was paid to strengthening interaction between centres, developing the innovation ecosystem, and improving support for inventors and researchers.
Olena Orliuk, director of the Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. She emphasised the important role of the TISC network in implementing the Strategy for the Development of the Intellectual Property Sphere until 2030 and highlighted the need to improve mechanisms for technology transfer and support for innovation activities in Ukraine.

The participants exchanged practical experience, discussed current challenges in the field of intellectual property, and developed proposals for the further advancement of the TISC network. Such meetings contribute to better coordination between centres, development of common approaches to supporting innovation, and  improvement of work with intellectual property objects.

The organisers of the session, representatives of the IP Office, also confirmed their intention to continue expanding educational programmes for TISC network participants and to support the development of professional expertise in the field of intellectual property.
