The USUST team is the winner of the sports and charity event ‘VATAGA SURA RUN x LIUTYI’.

On October 25, 2025, the VATAGA SURA RUN x LIUTYI sports and charity festival took place in the Sursko-Lytovska community, celebrating the Day of the community’s establishment.

The event brought together the energy of sport, support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the festive spirit of local residents.

 

From early morning, the sports venue was filled with enthusiasm and drive. The program included the VATAGA SURA RUN obstacle race, football matches, a freestyle wrestling tournament, and a festive concert program. The main idea of the festival was to unite people for the sake of kindness, sport, and Victory.

 

The team of the Department of Military Training of Specialists for the State Transport Special Service of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies took part in the competition.

 

Our cadets demonstrated not only excellent physical fitness but also true fighting spirit and strong teamwork, earning first place in the team competition.

 

The organizers of the event – the VATAGA x LIUTYI community and the Sursko-Lytovska community created an incredible atmosphere that brought together athletes, youth, veterans, volunteers, and everyone who leads an active and conscious life.
