The Second Stage of the “Dnipro League of Laughter” at USUST

On May 14, 2025, the Palace of Culture of Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies hosted the second stage of the “Dnipro National Student League of Laughter.” Students from various cities of Ukraine gathered to compete in wit, acting skills, and creativity. The event was held in a filming format for YouTube.

Experienced coaches worked with the teams in preparation:

• Kyrylo Hanin (“Unfinished Improv”, Kyiv, NAU)
• Viktor Perunskyi (“NoNames”, Chernivtsi, ChNU)
• Iryna Levkun (“USUST Project”, Dnipro, USUST)
• Ihor Bidnenko (“That’s How We Live”, Lutsk, LNTU; “Polytechnic Guys”, Vinnytsia, VNTU)
• Dava Prank (“Prydniprovskyi Office”, Dnipro, NTU DP)

The online editor was the well-known comedian and showman, now defender of Ukraine, Ihor Lastochkin.

The humorous atmosphere of the evening was complemented by star guests:

• Yurii Tkach – actor and coach of the television League of Laughter
• The “30+” team from Zhytomyr and Haryk Bircha – participants of the television League of Laughter
• TV presenter Mila Yeremieieva
• TV presenter Danyiel Salem and singer Lida Lee

The event was hosted by members of the team “OLEG TV.”

The organizers express their gratitude to the partners who supported the comedy championship: the company “Ministry of Doors,” the charitable foundation “Who If Not Us,” the sports organization “Vataga,” and “Vataga Esports.”

The second stage of the Dnipro League of Laughter became a true celebration of youth, humor, and creativity, uniting talented students in a friendly competition. The championship final is ahead – so let’s keep our fingers crossed for our students!
