Humor is a Friend of Intelligence and USUST

On 11th October 2024, the third stage of Dnipro’s League of Laughter took place at the Palace of Children and Youth. Among the notable supporters was the Rector of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies, Kostiantyn SUKHYI, who emphasized that the University is a partner of Dnipro’s League of Laughter and that a large number of students and prospective students were present in the audience. He also highlighted that among them are future engineers who will become the intellectual elite of our country. Thus, it is safe to say: humor is a friend of intelligence and USUST!

Teams from various parts of Ukraine competed in humor and creativity:

• Detective duo “Trenchi” ( Dnipro city)
• «Sentido» ( Kyiv city)
• “Sasha Berezhnyi” ( Dnipro-Rubizhne)
• “Unfinished Improvisation” ( Kyiv city)
• “Non-stop” ( Berdiansk)
• “No Names” ( Chernivtsi)

The theme of the third stage was “Autumn Scandal after a Hot Summer”, and the teams competed in three contests: contest with a coach, roast, and improvisation with the audience.

The competition, filled with youthful energy and a storm of positive emotions, lasted for several hours of witty fun. The humor festival took place!  It provided an opportunity to develop intellectual abilities, expand the circle of acquaintances for both participants and guests, and relieve the stress caused by the neighboring aggressor’s actions. Moreover, before the event, prospective students were introduced to the opportunities for higher education in their desired field at the prestigious educational institution of Prydniprovia — the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies.
