CyberSpring at DMetI
On March 1, 2025, the SEI “Dnipro Metallurgical Institute” (DMetI) of USUST hosted a large-scale event, “CyberSpring at DMetI,” dedicated to the 56th anniversary of the Department of Economic Informatics. The event brought together students, faculty, alumni, and prospective students, both in person and online.
A special highlight of the event was a video address by Nina Rizun, a graduate of the institute and now a professor at Politechnika Gdańska. She shared her professional experience and congratulated the department’s faculty.

During the ceremonial part, outstanding students were recognized with certificates and diplomas for their achievements. Prospective students also took part in the celebration, showcasing their knowledge in an intellectual brain ring competition.
The event brought together representatives from all departments of the Faculty of Applied Computer Technologies, including:

“CyberSpring at DMetI” was not just a celebration but also an important platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and communication between different generations of cybernetics specialists. The friendly atmosphere, engaging speeches, and warm greetings made this day truly unforgettable for all participants.
