Acknowledgment to the Rector of the USUST from the DRCEQA
On August 28, 2024, at a meeting of the rectorate of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies, the Rector, Professor Kostiantyn Sukhyi, was presented with an Acknowledgment from the leadership of the Dnipro Regional Center for Educational Quality Assessment, represented by Director Maryna Horbenko-Khvastunova, for the organization and conduct of the 2024 national entrance exams:
This year’s admission campaign has become the longest and most challenging in the history of independent Ukraine due to the extreme conditions and the impact of wartime. Together, we faced the challenges of shelling, power outages, unexpected large numbers of participants, and working under difficult conditions. However, our combined efforts yielded results — the national exam sessions were successfully conducted.
We are grateful to you and the university staff for overcoming the challenges of today’s wartime conditions, demonstrating high professional skills in ensuring equipment and technical functionality of temporary examination centers, extraordinary resilience, and professional expertise of the personnel.
We are confident that our joint efforts will contribute to the development of our country’s future, maintaining the most crucial prospect—the opportunity for our youth to stay in their native homes within the region.
We sincerely believe in further cooperation for the sake of peace, harmony, and the prosperity of independent Ukraine.
We join in the congratulations and express our sincere gratitude to all the teachers and staff for their professional excellence!
