A Successful Start to the New Track and Field Season

Student of the SEI “Dnipro Metallurgical Institute” of USUST, Illia Kunin (group KN-01-23m), has started the new track and field season with a strong performance in the USA. Continuing his studies abroad, at the beginning of November 2024, Illia participated in the regional U.S. University Cross-Country Championships.

In the 8 km race, he delivered an impressive result of 24:17.1, securing an honorable fifth place among numerous participants. This achievement not only reflects Illia’s high level of preparation but also serves as an example of perseverance and sportsmanship.
