USUST Among the Winners of the Erasmus+ Competition in the Field of Digital Water Education

The Department of Inorganic Substances and Ecology Technologies at the SEI USUCT of USUST has become a participant in a new international Erasmus+ project — “DIGISKILLS: Enhancing Digital Skills in the Water Sector of Higher Education”.

The consortium includes nine universities from Norway, Romania, Serbia, Moldova, and Ukraine. The project is coordinated by the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (Ås, Norway). Ukraine is represented by four institutions, including our university.

The project’s goal is to support the digital transformation of training specialists in the water sector through the modernization of educational programs, preparation of lecturers and students to use modern digital technologies, and the renewal of laboratory infrastructure and learning content.

This is yet another step by the Department of Inorganic Substances and Ecology Technologies in continuing its long-standing involvement in international initiatives aimed at advancing water education.
