On June 10, 2014, at 11:00, a final meeting of the higher education sector of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine took place, with the participation of Deputy Minister Mykhailo Vynnytskyi.

The following individuals were invited to participate in the meeting: Mykhailo Kapitsa, Director of the SEI “Dnipro Institute of Infrastructure and Transport”; Dmytro Bobyr, Associate Professor of the Department of Locomotives; Maksym Yaholnyk, Associate Professor of the Department of Iron and Steel Metallurgy.

For initiative and perseverance, high professionalism, conscientious performance of official duties, and significant contribution to the development of education and science in Ukraine, the following were awarded:
