Dear Colleagues, Students of Higher Education, and Applicants!
I welcome you to the page of the newly created Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies – a powerful multidisciplinary regional center of higher education in Dnipro, where elite human resources specializing in training professionals in many fields are concentrated. Our educational institution has expanded and embarked on the path of modernization, uniting an academic community focused on achieving results in teaching and research, to become a European-level University that seeks to continue a competitive learning process – cooperating with students at all levels, in fundamental and applied scientific research, as well as through constructive relations with local and regional business environments and community structures.
As the leader of the University, I believe that quality management involves genuine teamwork, which is essential for implementing our University’s development project. The key conditions on which the University development program focuses are TRANSPARENCY and EFFICIENCY. Under their aegis and dynamically coordinated are principles such as educational and research activities conducted by all institutes and faculties, and respect for all elements that define the idea of freedom, academic integrity, and autonomy of the University.
The University will increasingly actively participate in national and international research and development projects, attract foreign students at all three levels of education, and obtain the highest possible positions in global rankings.
Educational programs in the academic offer of the University at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels, programs of postgraduate studies, and continuous professional development offer educational strategies for developing creative abilities, openness to technological innovations, and entrepreneurship.
Educational activity should be manifested in various educational programs, research, development, and innovation. This will be the main component of academic activity at our University. Each faculty and department has its purpose, and using their complementarities is, in my opinion, the optimal course of action so that the total value thus obtained is greater than the sum of the individual values.
And today, we do not abandon our desire to provide high-quality educational services in the challenging conditions of war, we pay tribute and support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in whose ranks our colleagues and graduates are fighting.
The students of all the programs offered by the University are our main partners in the learning and research processes. From this point of view, we will create and develop concrete, professional, and effective tools for developing career plans for students, masters, and young doctoral students.
All this, in general, will become the main direction of development of our University at all levels, thanks to honest teamwork. I intend not only to preserve the best educational, scientific, and cultural traditions of each institute but also to contribute to their qualitative further development, strengthening the cohesion and solidarity of the academic team in the spirit of the highest values in which we all believe.
