Illia Kunin Awarded the Title of Master of Sports of Ukraine
We are pleased to inform you that Illia Kunin, a student of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies, studying in the group KN01-23M (SEI IIBT), has been awarded the title of Master of Sports of Ukraine in athletics (Order of the Ministry of Youth and Sports № 2241 dated 11.04.2024).
This significant achievement became possible thanks to Illia’s hard work, talent, and dedication. He has repeatedly participated in international-level competitions, where he won victories and prize-winning places. For example, in 2023 in the USA, he set the U23 national record of Ukraine in the 3000m indoor run! At the same time, Illia set a record for his native Dnipropetrovsk region.
We would like to express special gratitude to the head of the section, senior lecturer of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports, Mykola Ivanovych Dziubenko, who has been training Illia all this time and helped him achieve this high goal.
